Jim Ballard is excited to be performing San Jose Dance Theatre. Jim started his performing arts career in Eugene, Oregon where he studied Modern, Jazz, Improv and Musical Theatre. Some of his Musical Theatre performances include On the Town, Brigadoon, South Pacific, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, The Music Man, Good News, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and many more. Jim has also been part of Dance Ability international and is a Behavioral Specialist working in the Sunnyvale school district. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2020 Jim has performed with Opera San Jose, Peninsula Ballet Theatre, and in Mark Foehringer’s Nutcracker Sweets. Jim is proud in returning to performing with San Jose Dance Theatre.
